Text Box: Brian obtained his Coast Guard Captain’s license in 2001 and has been doing charters to Isle Royale since.  He is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer with all the specialties.  He also holds the TDI Advanced Gas Blender and the Advanced Trimix certifications.  He has retired from the Frost Fire Dept after 20 years and the Frost Ambulance after 17 years of service.   He is a welder/diesel mechanic by trade but his love of diving has led to the path now traveled.

Text Box: Shadow loves to go camping, swimming and hiking. If you play fetch with him he will be your friend for life. But probably his favorite pastime is begging for something to eat, which he’s very good at.

Divemaster, Merry Lewis, has been diving since 2001 and plans her entire summer vacations around diving.  Merry is a Manufacturing Manager for Aerospace Systems in Blue Earth, MN, which pays for her diving habit.  She enjoys working outside, diving, camping, diving, new adventures, diving and taking vacations with her husband, Jeff.

P.S.  There is never a dull moment around Merry!!!

 

Shawn Simonson has been diving since 2002. He lives in Lake Crystal, Mn. which is about 10 miles west of Mankato in south central Mn.
He is the owner and operator of an electrical contracting company "Blue Heron Electric, LLC".
He enjoys camping, the great outdoors, spending time with his family and friends, and of course DIVING.
     PADI certifications: open water diver, advanced open water diver, ice diver, rescue diver and dive master.
     TDI/SDI/ERDI certifications: computer nitrox diver, advanced nitrox diver, decompression procedures diver, entry level trimix diver, advanced trimix diver,  SDI open water scuba diver instructor, CPROX1st AED administrator, CPROX1st AED instructor.
He enjoys diving from 30 feet to 330 feet.
His favorite dive destination so far is Cozumel Mexico.
His favorite dive so far is the Gunilda wreck near Rossport Ontario in Canada.
